很明顯的裡面是出了很多問題，包括採購規則放在裡面

網站的編排也有問題

說明大學圖書館現況2008學年度大學數
●149所大學校院:

大學102所, 其中 41所國立, 1所市立,60所私立;
學院45所; 其中 7所國立, 1所市立, 31所私立

●42所進修學校:

空中大學2所, 其中 1所國立, 1所市立
進修學院44所, 其中 5 所國立, 2所空中學院, 37所私立

每年畢業於圖書館相關學系的大學生有約250名，圖書館相關學系的碩士招生有約200名。

美國國會圖書館應有的館藏為下：

(1)All books and other library materials necessary to the Congress and the various officers of the Federal Government to perform their duties.

(2)All books and other materials that record the life and achievement of the American people.

(3)Records of other societies, past and present, especially of those societies and peoples whose experience is of the most immediate concern to the people of the United States.
